Topping my baby!

Hey guys i recently went and toped my plant shes bout 12 inches tall was wondering if itd be fine being done at this time also i put it outside for 3 days and within that time afew of the big leaves atop got reeeally yellow i blamed the cold was very frosty at nights but since its been back inside no leaves have gone yellow and it seems fine any idea wat happened? thx

probly indoor plants are used the the environment inside, in order to move any plant from inside to out be it a seedling or bush it needs to be hardened off, that means put out side during warm days maybe only part of the day to start, don't put in direct sunlight at first(it is way brighter than they are used to) and def bring in at night. You can Top a plant @ any height.. The tutorials just tell u where 2 Top 4 Optimum results.
