Should make it, wouldn't suggest pulling dying material off, will only damage newer growth.. How many hours of light are you giving it? Hopefully those cfls mock the suns spectrum...otherwise you're shocking the hell out of it..

Well theres your problem, you cant take plants inside and out every day. maybe once or twice in their life but not everyday. I suggest keeping it inside from now on all the time. It stresses them too much to move them to different lights.

huh?? I would definitely remove any dead foliage. if you leave it, it will just rot and cause more problems. saying it will damage new growth if removed is kinda ridiculous. And why would the CFL shock the plant? people use them all the time. if anything, growth will just slow during the night when the sunlight is replaced by the cfl.

Yea but he still shouldnt be moving them inside and out everyday and and night. Its too much change and stresses the plants.

I wouldn't remove dying material...and once you get good at it, there shouldn't be much to remove. I have found that a nutrient deficiency will spread faster when removed. Believe it or not, it is still photosynthesizing or transpiring, how ever you want to look at it.
not saying there is anything wrong with a cfl grow at all, just the way he is moving it from the southern equator to the rocky mountains day after day will shock the plant. (relatively speaking) If he had warm spectrum cfls and brought it in during the light time still and wanted to veg another 6+ hours, I wouldn't see a problem with that but if hes got those blue spectrums its not going to work...

your plants will be fine i take my plants out for 6 hours of fun in the sun just about everyday.when the sun starts to set i bring them in for there additional 250 watts cfl and they love it.the bud is as bomb as any indoor ive smoked i averaged a couple ounces each plant i like to grow my herb this way i feel that if the sun is out my plants need need to be out .I mean after all you just cant beat nature, plus i use half the electricity talk about saving a load of money overtime it adds up.

Keep them in the sun when you can. Nature varies light levels all the time. They look a little waterlogged. Let them dry a little. The container will get lighter when the plant needs more water. Once it starts to recover, get on a schedule. Clones have very small root systems and it is easy to overwater them. too much h2o is worse than too little at this point. Good luck.
