What else can i add (soil)

ok so im about 3 weeks-month away from planting and each patch has a mix of soil and aged horse manure or flushed fresh manure, what else can i add to prepare this soil?

theres so many things out there ... i like to throw out some coffey grounds . eggshells . and a layer of bannanas about 3 foot down u could add perlite worm casting bat guano i also like to add lime pellets ..

i have plenty of lime, not pellets, comes from a bulk animal feed mill, should i put some of that down under?

umm first post said it best and with that being said its kinda obviouse not to be rude =) that any mix of foxfarm soil which contains plenty of all those goodies =) so my suggestion if i may, would be to get the telephone book and look up all the nurseries in your area and one of them i know for a fact carry FF lol anyways if you get some of that shit to throw into the mix youd be set =) or mix your own =) lol well happy grows it!! nice seein a post from ya strangah!! lata

haha cheers man will sort that tomorow, its 1.45am here staurday night. just got back from "acquiring" 75kg of free bagged soil mix from back of a local school :fire:. best thing bout it was i uber stoned at the time haha. blazing while gardening is quite enjoyable. i see why old people like it so much.

all good stuff in there! I use all that and then some into a garden bed and come spring, I rototill it all into one and then put into my holes. works great!
 
i honestly just have my own compost pile in my backyard.

it saves a good amount of money. just rake up some brown leaves into a pile, go mow your lawn with a grass catching bag on the back, and empty it out on the pile and mix. feel free to add coffee grounds, banana peels, egg shells, or any sort of fruit peelings or veg kitchen scraps.
