Do a google search for live salvia plants and youll find clones for about $30+. From what i have read, they rarely seed and when they do, the seeds usually dont grow. Since they are a member of the mint family they clone so easily and from one plant you could fill your entire yard with them in about a year. They are used to warm, humid climates so if your yard gets below 50 degrees they will die. Salvia divinorum is legal in most states. In the states where it is illegal its sometimes just for human consumption only but can be used for landscaping. Check local laws first.
