Botanicare Pure Blend Pro vs Foxfarm

I was comparing the Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Soil Bloom with Foxfarm's Beastie Bloomz and noticed a HUGE difference in the N-P-K levels. Why is Beastie Blooms so high at 0-50-30 and Botanicare is only 1.5-4-5? Is Foxfarm that much stronger?

Beastie Blooms is synthetic, so don't use it for all organic growing. The Pure Blend Pro line is all organic.

The beastie bloomz isn't that much stronger, it is just that much more toxic.

ButtHead08.... Stick with the Botanicare PBP Soil Bloom. It contains enough N to help keep Mary green to the end, and enough P & K for a nice end product. You and double the dose on weeks 4 and 6, without overfeeding your ladies.
.
Beastie Bloom lacks N and is way too hot P & K wise. Using it, you can easily overfeed your plants, nute buring the shit out of them. That makes them taste like fertilizer, YUCK.
.
Every plant has a genetic potential. It will either pack a punch or not and will either produce huge amounts of resin or not. Force feeding with big numbered ferts is not the answer. Just marketing hype........
.
Botanicare, hands down.
.
Hope this helps.....

I'd have to agree. This is my first Botanicare grow and I'm very satisfied. Escpecially with the Pro Bloom.

Check out the results for yourself, it's still ongoing however. Week 4 of 8 flower.

What kind of doses do you all give for the pbp nutes? I just got some and its asking for like 15ml / gallon up to 45 ml plus all the other supplements etc. I just gave 7.5 and my tds was at 900 (with 4 ml cal mag.) I have been using syntetics (genesis from green air) up to this point. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I was just reading this thread some more and realized that I have the pure blend pro bloom for hydrogardens, it's 2.5-2-5. Reading on their site leads me to believe that when they say soil - they mean real soil because they mention the clay in soil binding up phosphorus and microbes competing for it. My medium is pro mix - which is a soilless mix. Which should I use? I will call them tomorrow but was slated to feed tonight and I really want to get off the syntetics. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my last grow i used nothing but PBP Soil Bloom in Light Warrior and didn't have a single problem. Light Warrior is a soiless seed starting mix.

I used every watering between 1/3 and 1/2 strength allowing about 1/3 runoff. Added molasses during flowering. Every strain will be different. Best to start low and increase as needed.
