I choose to make the room 6'x6' not fully sealed but pretty much. Its in my basement so its cool and im gonna add some small duct work so there is air always running through the light to keep it cool. I dont think i will need much more than that like i said the basement is huge and alot of room for air to dispurce. bongsmilie Do u think a 600watt is a over kill for 12 plants? Would i get the same result out of eum with a 400watt.
 
I was pleasantly surprised today that with my door closed,a 250 in a bat wing and a 400 in a cool tube on but without the venting ( squirell cage 265cfm is mere inches from the cool tube just not hooked up) maintained a max temp of 82.4 after 6 hours use. I can work with that and hook up the venting when I want to move that 400 closer.

xpac, I've seen your site and heat won't be a problem in the basement. Full speed ahead on that 600!

nice grow purp..my girls just started buddin up again..that venom look serious... i got like and extra half o off the plant i supercropped last time..watch how them bud sites start poppin out of nowhere
 
Nah the face test was inadvertant! I was so high I thought I had a hat on! For a while it looked like I face planted the grill or joined the cast of Bravehart!
 
hey purp, I am in the middle of building a RDWC with 3.5g buckets and was just contemplating on how often I will have to change the solution out. then I remembered reading that you help a guy out with a waterfarm so I just thought Id ask you how often you did a complete res change. Im pretty sure that was you, I think, I dont know. but yeah Im pretty sure it was you well yeah pretty sure.
 
yea brother i was wonderin the same thing im gonna hace to change it ive already got a drain valve for it so i can do it but when do u recomenr replenshing n shit for my setup bro how often and ik need to find a ph meter ppm

im going out to the spot today,if i can find my other meter its yours,,ohh...and taking lots of pics! PIXEL PARADE tonight!:mrgreen:
