* Seems like most people here use HID lights, though, like myself. If you have the means, I'd recommend going that way. Can't go wrong with tried and true. But for one plant, maybe CFL's are the way to go.

like prior poster said, much depends on how large you're going to go
i'm a old outdoor grower that just came inside, used 78w of cfl's on a single nl#5 - ended up with 35g of bud
