There is no replacement for extra more lights. You're running 1200 watts on a 8x4 tray, which most people feel is too low (37.5 watt per sq foot, sorry, US Standard system is crap).im planing a 4800 w grow, would go begger but thats the limit of my electrical supply, hoe much improvment can i get from light movers,is 50% too much,my tray is 2.44m x 1.22m, thats 3 m3 with 2 x 600w hps,ebb and flow
if a light mover gives u 30% more coverage than a tray like mine with 2 600w would be judt right is that correctThere is no replacement for extra more lights. You're running 1200 watts on a 8x4 tray, which most people feel is too low (37.5 watt per sq foot, sorry, US Standard system is crap).
2x1000 or 3x600 would be ideal. The rails have to be mounted correctly on the ceiling or any type of overhead bar. In addition, if you're aircooling the lights, it makes ducting really difficult and prone to tears since the ducting will constantly flex.
I was able to successfully push 3 hoods using one lightrail 3.5 motor.
That does sound correct. I feel you would be fine with that. No doubt in my mind 2 600 would be fine over a 8x4 area with movers. How big are the movers.if a light mover gives u 30% more coverage than a tray like mine with 2 600w would be judt right is that correct
