Generally, you want your temperatures below 80 degrees, but if you have proper air flow it should be fine. Just look for heat stress signs. Your humidity is fine, could also go a little lower but no big deal.

i got it down to 79 degrees and 45 humidity is that good enuff?

hi gents..im new and also wondering about temp/humid. theories...ive read that 75-83 F and 50-60% Humidity is best for vegging..any thoughts?

im currently 3 days into seeding and my baby is 2" high and spreading her wings....i have nearly absolute control over the variables atm and was wondering what is best...at present im sat on 80F and 60-65% humidity...should i change anything?

Anywhere around 80 is fine for temps and ur Humidity is fine. Usually they say like 50-60 is great for veg. When mine got low i put a glass of water in my box to raise it. Bud when ur flowering you want ur humidity low. 30-40 so u don't get mold in ur buds :) cheers guys and gl with ur grow.
