Probably guessing then...Probably not unless you have really good soil with lots of built in nutes.
"you've seen good results" just haven't done it yourself I guess?I have seen good results with nothing more than tap water and bog standard soil. Even tap water has some nutrients in it along with the growing medium.
use nutes, not that exspensive...[/QUO
Thats the best advice.
Yes exactly that, There was a thread on here by a guy that used the same soil for 2 or 3 grows one after another an only used tap water, the results were excellent, lowryder if I remember right. Von Dankenstein was the op...."you've seen good results" just haven't done it yourself I guess?
Comments like this are pointless.....he did it organicly and added different stuff(worm castings, compost, fish guts) to make his own organic super soil if he supposedly used the same soil 3 times in a row.
have you done it yourself?!? maybe you might have been able to read about it if you had spent some of your 3 week membership reading instead of having 500 usless posts."you've seen good results" just haven't done it yourself I guess?
I am curious about this as it pertains to Fox Farms soils. Has anyone ever completed a grow using their soils with no added nutes?have you done it yourself?!? maybe you might have been able to read about it if you had spent some of your 3 week membership reading instead of having 500 usless posts.
yes, to complete a grow properly without feeding nutes you need built up soil. no, this is not the same as feeding with nutes.
in my readings i mostly come across people saying that the nutes in FF soil does not last for an entire grow. read this - https://www.rollitup.org/subcools-old-school-organics/44686-subcools-super-soil.htmlI am curious about this as it pertains to Fox Farms soils. I'm having some strange issues with Fox Farms soil on my current grow which is why I'm asking. I have some white widows that the leaves are starting to die off. I have only fed them once with 1/4 strength Grow Big and they are still looking like shit. I have used FF soils in the past with good results and i didn't have to add any nutes at all during veg and only minimal nutes in mid-late flowering.
