White Widow has nice yields. But it takes 3 weeks to start bud from when I begin the 12 hour light cycle.... Then like 11 weeks after that to finish.

Ive recently started Grand Daddy Purple. That strain starts bud IMMEDIATLY after i start the light cycle... And 9 weeks later Im cropping.

I think widow may just take too long.

I love it I enjoy it but it is a longer grow than i want. That said I have heard from those I shared with things like " that is the highest I have been in a longgg time" and the like. But I think any well cared for plant with great genetics will elicit that response. I went with afropips tribal vision on impulse after that, even longer of a wait (WTF?arrrrgg) so Im a searching for a nice 7 week auto now.

yeah but you wouldn't want a quick starting budding plant strain...unless you have a timer which I'm sure you do...do you slowly change to 12/12 or do you immediately change from 18/6 to 12/12

I’d say you have the nutes pushed to the max … which is not an injudicious thing for you to have done … and would also say overall they look more than just respectable.

Thank you. From a reputable grower such as yourself that is quite the complement. These plants are mine and they nutrient level went up dangerously high when I was hospitalized. The water level dropped as my stay in the hospital got more and more extended. Fortunately I got out in time to lower it back down. Didn't seem to hurt them, just started to burn them a wee bit. Hopefully the next batch will be even better.

I took clones from all of them and only kept the clones from the strongest plant. The one there in the middle is a freakin' giant amongst the others so now I have 8 clones of her ready to go and 4 that will remain as mothers. I'm figuring in about a months time I'll have 8 nicely vegged plants ready to go into flower. The mothers should be large enough after about 6 weeks to take new cuttings and keep the cycles going.

Ive got a WW that came from a bank in Hollywood, growing rite now outdoors super duper stanky and sticky I dont even know like what. lol Its very frosty and white Ill be harvesting her in probably a month or so.

ohh haha...that's what you meant by who is it from? I was high when I read that and it went right over my head. These are Dutch Passion White Widow I do believe.

It's because my nutrient solution became too strong when I was away from my plants and couldn't add water for an extended period of time. Fortunately it wasn't TOO bad, but certainly a disapointment.

but doesn't the plant take in the nutrients in equal increments to the water...so it should be equally distributed

In theory it does. But at different stages the plant drinks more water and some stages it eats more food. It's a balancing act throughout.
