I'd get it away from all your other females. It may have already pollinated them. Seeds from hermie pollen are not good to use because they will probably be hermie also.

no man. female seeds are real. its all in the genitics. the plant can not "change sex." it can become hermi and develop both male and female parts. well anyway, a female plant is pollinated with a hermi female. there will be no male genes passed on because it was from female to female. the resulting will be feminised. now will it cause a few hermies. sure but you sould check the stability of the feminised seeds. most breeders would have tested them and give you a report on how many hermies. they have 99% female seeds, because there is a chance if you continue with the breeding it will also have more hermies the next generation. female seeds work, trust me.

I don't know man. I'm old school. I hear people have a lot of trouble with feminised seeds and I was always told never to use the seeds from a self pollinated hermie.

IMO, seeds from a hermie, while mostly female, will also have hermie tendencies, especially late in flower.

it would be really hard to see the pollen but the male flowers were there. Yes extra light during the dark period will cause stress on your plants which in turn can cause plant to become herme, but so can heat stress, during both flower and veg periods.
I grew some blueberry fem seeds and 1 turned herme but by the time i seen the male nuts one had exploded and seeded all my beautiful ladies (Mine was from heat, temp got up to 100 degrees when my exhaust fan stopped workin)All of those seeds produced females and ive never had male out of that bunch of seeds a few hermes though.
