quick question

Im using 5-26w CFL's and about to get 4-27w in two days.. and that should add some more power to my grow..
I have had my grow box regulated at around 77-79F, Lights on .. and at night it usually gets to around 69.1- 71F. should i run my fans on or off in the offlight stage... or should i keep my fans running while lights out.
At 77-79F my hum. is around 48 to 51, is that normal.. im growing in two 31 gallon rubbermaid totes. is there anyway that i can raise that hum lvl slightly .. to about 55 maybe. i have 1 pretty healthy lookin sprout about 3/4 of an inch from the dirt.. and the other two are slightly smaller and a little lighter green... i just want to know if im overreacting .. due to being anxious. lol or is that something to worry about..

48-51 is fine a little low for veg and erly flower some wet towels on the floor or i have a drain in my floor so i just wet it down and it raises it a few or there is always the cheap vicks vaporizer from cvs that will definatly make it like a jungle but be carefull not to blow it at yer light

exhausty can go off at night if needed to keep the warmth in

You can kill the ventilation during lights out. I always do, until the smell becomes an issue, then I run carbon filtration 24/7

Plants uptake more Co2 during the day, so that's when you really want the air circulation, unless there's some kind of moisture (buildup) problem.

If possible, I would average about 5 more degrees up, and you can keep the fan on all the time. As for humidity, you can put a dish of water with a napkin in it in front of the air stream, or mist daily....although 48-51 is ok. I keep humidity a bit lower than you, and it works just fine.

Just glad to help.
Oh, and the one thing that took me the longest to learn, is patience. I don't normally have much, but after the first time I showed enough patience in a grow, I had a whole new respect for it.

actual air exchange is not as necessary when the lights are off.
i leave a circulation fan on just to make my stems stronger.

Ok quick question again regarding airflow... i have a 120mm cpu fan and an 88mm cpu fan as both exhaust on the top of the set up .. since there is circulation .. do i still need a fan setup inside.. the rubbermaid boxes.. or is the windtunnel effect good enuf.. i have 3 two inch holes on the bottom .. for intake..

exhaust does not= circulation in this case.. the plants need a breeze to strengthen stems and move used air awy from leaves or it will hide in the canopy and then theres budrot, another good reason to have a fan

I did that with a temp cardboard box grow once. The plant ended up yielding quite a bit, but it needed physical supports. Once the buds started getting heavy it needed to be tied to keep from breaking. It was fragile, but it did fine, and yielded about 2.5oz. I recommend a small fan on the plants. One of those PC fans suspended from above and to the side should do it.
