basically just started to germinate a couple of seeds i have them under leds i am doing 18/6 is that the best time for seeds a little help please i will add rep

I germinate seeds in a wet folded paper towel placed in a plastic bag. I also leave them in the dark since seeds are naturally underneath the soil.

If they are good seeds they should sprout in a couple days. You can turn off the light and save some power.

Moisture + Darnkess + Warmth + Patience = germination

i already germinated the seeds lol im asking how much time i should keep the lights on for what cycle should i start is the question im doing 18 on 6 off 18/6 is that the correct time

start at 24 and then after a week swich to 18/6

You said you just started germing.

Anyway...don't switch it from 24 to 18/6...just do one or the other.

^^^ if they had sprouted already you would call them seedLINGS.

What you have going sounds right for them. Best of luck to yah
