He's talking about UVB to stimulate plants production of THC. Though are you talking about that or a THC potentate.

best way....good genetics.......good lights and food will help the plant produce plenty of resin ...but its the genetics that make the THC strong

Get some carbo load or use molassis at about 1 tea spoon per gallon in dirt anyways. Cold temperatures increase thc production as well, but best is when lights are off so to mimic cold nights. good luck
