Theres a marathon of the trilogy on right now, going to smoke the last bit of my pure sativa Kali Mist for it, anybody else agree that the new edited versions with CGI and shit completely ruined them, the Sarlaac looked so much better without that thing that looks like Audrey from Little Shop of Horrors comming out of it bongsmilie

I love 1-3....or are they 4-6 now? What the fuck ever, the original movies were awesome! The newer ones...not so much, but I still saw them.

The Han Solo torture scene just passed, man I would not want to be tortured by that thing, I thought it just used electricity, I looked it up, and boy was I wrong

"The scan grid was a rack-like device originally designed to analyze metals, gathering data by emitting electrical charges. When Han Solo was tortured by Darth Vader at Bespin, Vader utilized Cloud City scan grid[39] which had been heavily modified with additional tools designed for torture, including microsurgical vibroscalpels, an electroshock assembly, diagnostic scanners and chemical injectors.[53] The scanners would anticipate loss of consciousness while the chemical injectors kept the victim awake, forcing Han to endure every measure of pain without passing out"

I guess it could induce the feleing of your skin being burned, while your bones felt like they were at absolute zero, damn bongsmilie

But the books are based on the movies. Like I had to read the first one for a class, and it was...well, a perfect example of why I hate novelizations of movies. It's like reading the movie.
