Round Three: GHS Trainwreck

So I'm beginning round three of my perpetual grow. Have one lady from round one, and five ladies from round two, all close to two weeks into flower. All bagseed. Now for the good stuff...

vegging closet 6x3x8

flowering room 8x7x8

Green House Seeds feminized Trainwreck x5

Dinafem feminized Moby Dick x1

African Violet mix to start then -

Scott's Potting Soil with extra perlite

three gallon buckets

beginning w/ T12 fluoros first week

vegging under 2, 324w(actual) CFL racks

flowering under 2, 400w HPS lights

Pretty much finished up the new vegging room this weekend - rebuilt the first CFL rack, and built the second - 3ft each so they fit in my closet. Will be making the reflectors from cardboard and emergency blanket on Friday. Got a timer ready and a temp gauge, and an oscillating fan. It is off my bedroom, which has three windows open 24/7, and a ceiling fan always on high - so I think it should stay cool enough - if not, I'll buy some inline fans. Everything is ready - will begin germination in the morning. I'm so excited, my first real strain!

All 6 seeds have cracked, and been planted into the African Violet Mix.:bigjoint:

Day 6:
Only 6 days from seed, and already transplanted into their big pots! One of the Trainwreck did not sprout - scuffed the shell tonight and put it in some warm water - maybe it will still crack for me. The other four, and the Moby Dick (now named Layla) are growing like crazy! Decided to do 20/4 for vegging these ladies.

Good to know, thanks! What was your yeild for this strain if I could ask?

I really love your vegging area.. I wish I had an empty room like that to grow in...
Hey thanks! I gave up my bedroom closet for these little ladies, lol. Made the hubby give up half of his closet for me!:mrgreen:
Thus far I'm pretty happy with it too - the temps are staying between 78-80 lights on, and the babies already have their second set of jagged leaves coming in - only downfall is, it's kinda like sleeping at the gates of heaven with that light radiating out! lol
The sixth seed got moldy - I toosed it. So I'm thinkin about poppin a tomato plant in there in her space.
