na havent orderd my second 180w yet. i have that grow light test to do next. so ill do that then get some more lights.
things are doing ok, havent seen any mites, but my plants are still strees out.

Suck man...suck bad...they looked sweet a few days back... Any idea on what caused the problem? Soil to wet? Humidity too high? Outside access for bugs? Animals? damn, it could be anything....

I cant believe the growth with that 180....seeing things four days later...its not even recognizable...its freakin sweet!!!!!! How do you currently feel about your 180?

i love my 180w. i just switched my plants from 12/12 to 14/12. to help them ripen faster since they wont ripen right now. 14hr of dark will help them finish faster.
it was the spider mites that messed them up. the onlt other thing i could think of is their root bound? but most likly it was the mites.

Think about the volume of soil in the earth man....I am a big fan of saying bigger is better. The more natural nutrients the plant can pull outta the soil without having to add any. No chemicals from this end man... Thats why led is going to be wonderful. More natural nutrients in the soil, last longer, less water, etc. etc.

What size pot are you using? Yeah, the led may be extending the ripening a bit, that switch should def. help man. I fought mites for a year once...it was a year of nothing...try after try after nothing....grrrrrr

Anywho...Jumbo be rockin bro. I feel your pain...

Best of luck Irish. you deserve it for doing what you've done thus far. Many people have swung the way of the Jumbo. I don't think they will be unhappy.

How big are your containers?

More likely the bugs I would guess
Had some back a few years ago and we took out the plants infested and started almost from scratch and sometimes thats what you have to do

Take out all the plants and anything that is not moveable and clean shop, bleach, whatever you have to use to get that place spotless

And don't bother intoducing new plants

That really sucks you got all that way only to get those little bastards

i am using gal pots. i dont know how i got them? their are so many ways. i am going to give it a little bit longer and if they dont pull threw ill pull them and start fresh.

Did the soil stay unusually moist? Could moisture have caused just a perfect environment for the mites? I dunno, probably not....but its worth inquiring to you about.

ya i am pulling this next week. they need a few days to ripen the way i like them to. i dont know if the mites are back or if it was a old web? i didnt see any mites but once i harvest ill bomb and clean the $hit out of my room
