The first one could be a K deficiency, but looks severe might be caused by excess P I would check the medium then if you haven't added nuts. The other two look like burn, not knowing anything else. The third one could be mutated or curled, can't tell from pic. Remember its better too go easy on the nuts and just give the plants when they tell you they need.

Sorry I couldn't check this out sooner, had some internet problem.
1 and 3 are nute burn. 1 has dark green leaves -> N toxicity -> eventually nute burn. 3 is also a nute burn, but is also affected by cold.
2 and 4 may be P defs IF the plants are in flowering. If not, then it's also a nute burn. It's easy to figure out. If you flush, and more leaves start turning like this, it's the deficiency, if the problem stops, it's a nute burn.

are you sure pic 1 is nute burn? i have not added any nutes yet, i leaning on a P def.

That's surely not P def. The edges should have shown some significant brown by now. Plus, the leaves look very dark green, a clear indication of too much N. Are you useing miracle grow soil or some sort of time release nutes?

There are still certain differences between your leaf and the ones in the pics.
Still, it's better to be open to suggestion. If you think that it's P def and say that the plant had absolutely no nutes added, then it's stupid to argue that it's nute burn, although that would make this the strangest looking P def I've ever seen. The tips arn't curling, there's a considerable amount of yellow and the more vascular spaces seem to survive a bit longer. Plus, a plant starts using more P and K only when buds actually start appearing and not at the very beginning of flowering.
Yet, I prefer to be wrong and be the one that indirectly kills your plant. So add some nutes and see if in 2-4 days the problem stops, slows down or gets worse.
