moving indoors after many years outside. would like info concerning homemade pipe dreams system, especially problems, disadvantages, etc.

Odor and proper ventilation are always concerns when growing inside. To cheap out on either can create problems.

have converted 10x12 shed to grow room. ventilation has been addressed. oder is low level concern, as i am out in the sticks. was looking for advice from those who have used, or are currently using pipe dreams system. would you be one of those?

yeah only the correct term for what i am guessing you are calling a pipe dream system is called a stadium grow, it looks like that company is using a top drip method on their stadium setups. You could also run it as an NFT system. if you want more information on these methods search the terms vertical, stadium, colosseum, nft, and drip. That sould get you loads of info on using these systems.

As for myself i have a 2x4 growspace so stadium and vertical growing is out. but I do run a drip on my seedlings and clones and it works fine for them. I ebb and flow my flowers. But I love the idea of aero/nft growing in a stadium/vert situation.

Or you could run it with dams in the end as a flooded recirculating DWC....
