I have lights and nutes and dont pay for the electricity i scavange things like my circulation fan is the 6inch fan off the bottom of a air hockey table and i also have a few 4'' from old crap computers, everything im using I found around my house for free. what wrong with trying to figure out ways to conserve?

There is nothing wrong with trying to conserve / ingenuity. Have fun rigging your system. It will be a labor of love. You may be better served going to a library / bookstore / RIU / Google and educating yourself about DWC / hydro / growing / harvesting / curing before you start trying to out-think yourself with Rube Goldberg contraptions for "Direct water current."
I know my time and resources would be better spent 1. buying a pump / airstone or 2. finding stuff around my house that I could sell / trade for a pump / airstone on craigslist.

dude you are going every which way but up man
all you want to do is use the water as your soil.
the reason you cannot just us the water as soil is because the roots need oxygen to breath. so if you put it in water the roots will suffocate after all the oxygen is used up in the tub
so you pop in a small air pump and blow bubbles in the water
you dont even need an air stone just throw the tube of the air pump in there

ok man I get it.
the only real solution is to change out the water like maybe everyday. like once the oxygen is depleated in that water
however this would waste nutes if you will be using them.
another thing to think about. is if you sacrifice on food and stuff now. after you harvest you will have weed = money to invest in a real grow, and then you will be making money and living the good life.
so all you need is the upstart money to build your money making machine so to speak

actually I tried my idea with a six day old seedling and that little lady(hopefully) is catching up to my 10 day old sprouts there is some air between the first pot and the water in the second mayb thats another way for oxy to reach to roots. also do you think peroxide in the water could help?
Well there ya go use the old air pump u found. U don't need to buy an airstone either, take a piece of tube and get a needle n poke as many of the tinyest holes as u can in the end of the air tube coming off the pump, plug the end of the tube and submerge that end n run the bubbles 24/7
