For the record, if your doing it in a secret spot in your parents house, somewhere that secret that your parents wont find it. I doubt you have the proper set up and environment to grow so called DANK. Give it up bro your gunna grow some shwag and up your parents electricity bill and possibly lose there house and for what? Freakin an ounce of weed? Go throw some plants near a creak or somethin dude youll yield more and its your ass at that point not the whole family

I didnt read the replies so this has probably been said before, but dude, your an asshole and im glad your not my fucking kid. Go ahead and smoke but do it away from your parents house if they dont want you smoking in there, and if they dont want you growing RESPECT that. Because they smoke pot doesnt make them hypocrites, it makes them responsible adults who support THEMSELVES and YOUR LAZY ASS and choose to indulge. So until you can fucking support YOURSELF then stop disobeying the people who brought you into this world and pay for your every want and need. I am a parent myself and if my kid pulled this crap I wouldnt tolerate it.

Edit: Also, if your stepdad does coke, again, he supports you and himself and as a responsible adult it is HIS CHOICE. You cant use that as an excuse to do whatever the hell you want. The difference between you doing drugs and him doing drugs is that he pays the bills and he is the one that will lose his housing and freedom if/when the cops kick in the door while youll get a slap on the wrist because (im guessing) your a juvenile. And if your not a juvenile, then get the fuck out of your parents house OR follow their rules, you cant have it both ways.

Ok everybody, ya'll need to relax..he's young, he's growing some weed in the basement at his parents.

And as far as forfieture laws, i strongly doubt a prosecutor would be able to repo an entire house because their kid had a couple plants growing. We're not talking about a house with a bunch of mexicans living in it just for the sake of harvesting, bypassing the electric meter...ITS A FUCKING KID!

you do understand there are serious consequences to growing?
Your parents don't want you growing in there house because the cops could confiscate it, are you familiar with forfeiture laws?
Respect your parents house, wait to grow until you have your own place and risk your own freedom...

An excerpt:
Under civil asset forfeiture, your property – not you – is charged with a crime. Hence the bizarre title of civil forfeiture cases: "United States vs. one 1998 Mercedes Benz," "California vs. 1711 Main Street," and so forth.

Easy Money for the Government
Once your home, car or bank accounts are seized under civil asset forfeiture laws, you can pretty much forget about ever getting them back. It's you versus the police and courts, who divide up the proceeds from your property according to formulas such as "80 percent for police, 20 percent for the court."
If you want to fight seizure of your property, expect to spend at least $15,000 just to hire a competent asset defense attorney. Also expect the police to introduce hearsay evidence and to go through trial after trial, because the normal constitutional protections afforded criminal suspects don't apply to civil forfeiture of your property. Nope, they can seize a rental property, too,if the landlord doesn't kick you out and prove the activity has stopped. You don't have to get pissy with me, I'm just pointing out some facts.

i think you should grow outside first little dude. Just get a good spot in the woods and fuck around for your first time, learn what you can and then when you are able to move out you can grow uber amounts of herb whereever and whenever you please. Just be smart about it bro and use this site to learn what you can and be carefull about the things you post here, the older members can get a little abrasive. Be well little dude

dude theres a big difference between grow op and posestion dude... trust me i've been through it once and don't wanna relive it, once you get caught you dont get much of a second chance unless you do what i did but the only way that works is if you live in the apple..
