I was thinking the same thing. Some people say get an AR-15 and shoot him in the face and then skin his mother alive with an orange peeler. When in reality most probably wouldnt be so extreme. When my associate ripped me and gave me a 1/2 elbow of wet weed, i told him it was fucked up. Was i scared of him not really. I probably could have took a bat to his knee-caps. But that probably wouldn't have been safe for me and my family considering his penchant for dealing quantities of powder and toting large guns(who doesnt these days). So i chalked it up as a loss and learned another way not to get beat in the game. In the end he spotted me some stuff and i still owe him 2 hundred dolla lol. So you can take the Charles Bronson route or let it slide and learn. the game is to be sold, not to be told.
Well honestly i probably would just jump him with a couple friends if i knew he wasn't a real dealer or anything big like that, but a "baseball Bat" isnt that a bit extreme you would do some jail time for that for sure. But if you just jump him nothing extreme get him on the ground and pound on him a bit, then strip him naked and make him walk home like that (happened to this kid at my school) i bet you'll get away with a slap on the wrist or maybe community service if he tell's the cop's which i doubt
