Air ant and Joe are on the right track. They are indeed calyxes (which is the correct spelling I think), but they are the most fucked up looking calyxes I have ever seen. Can you post up a pic of the entire plant gsljacobb? It looks like you've got some leaf curling and tip burning, which also likely affected these calyxes and made them look the way they do now.

I wouldn't be too concerned with these calyxes, but I would make sure the plant is on track health-wise before you get much further into flower.
I will take a picture in a little bit and have them posted. THANKS!

Now Im on Day 21 and the Kush Most def. Took a turn for the worst once I put her into flowering. The room stays from 78-85F and 45-55%H during the day, and 68-73F and 40-45%H at night. I water once ever 3-4 days with 6.5Ph water with 2tbsp of molasses per gallon. They only get about 40oz of water each time though to share, is this way to little? I didnt want to over water and I may have underwatered:wall:? She shares a 32gal tub with one other sour diesel. The Diesel looks much better then the kush as you will see, but there are still a few problems I see with the Diesel as well. Thanks guys, Here are some pics.

:leaf: PIC 1 : Kush, as you can see all the leaves have changed to a light green color and the leaves have rolled in and have white and brown spots. What can be causing this, I thought maybe a PH imbalance, or underwatered?
:leaf: PIC 2 : Kush, here is the little cola bud on her, you can see where new foliage is developing and is coming in much nicer then older leaves.
:leaf: PIC 3 : Sour Diesel, Here you can also see her little cola, also notice the white spots and occasional brown spots on other leaves. Once again PH maybe?
:leaf: PIC 4 : Sour Deisel, Took a closer shot of the tip of her cola and to see those white spots a little closer.

:weed: Thanks guys

can anybody help?
Most of the information I'm getting from this thread: https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/157345-have-plant-problem-check-here.html

It looks like you've had over-fertilization which has caused a nutrient lockout. Thats my best guess but might not be right. The yellow and purple plant is definitely lacking in some trace elements, however. If you're using ferts I would find a different kind or if your soil is pre-fertilized I wouldn't use that kind of soil again. If you try flushing in soil that has ferts, it can just make more problems. Your plants have burnt leaf tips so they're getting too much of something they don't need and not enough of something they do need.

If you have a pH tester, I would really recommend the next time you water collecting some of the runoff to figure out what the pH in your soil is.

Dont assume its male and kill it. make sure its male. You could also try to make some feminized seeds by seeding that plant it comes from. Or you could pluck the balls as they grow, im sure yield would be greatly diminished though.

I agree ... it looks to me like a male pollen sack .. let it develop a little more .... the plants look like they are definitely female from the other buds in the pic .. more pics would be nice .. they won't produce pollen for a while yet some times you can keep stripping off the male pollen sacks before they ever produce any pollen .. save them .. let them pop and then collect the pollen .. in a jar or over a mirror.... if u can make it pollenate the female it came frome .. it will give you feminized seeds

btw : definition of a hermie .. a plant that shows both sexes

Thanks guys! Ill post more a descriptive post about the soil tomorrow.... IF its a hermie I need it gone, It is with other females. If they are calyxes not balls and I pluck them out, with this be harming the plant? And if they are balls wand i am plucking cant i still affect my others. To scary to keep! I don't know what to do!

found a great hermie pic to show in regards to this too, i think it should be the final nail in the coffin. lol.
thats a great picture of a hermie but the plant in question isnt a hermie. you are looking at a calyxe. if you still have doubts pick them off the plant but they defiitely are not hermie

Can't believe all the morons on here who don't know a female calyx from a male flower. You retards should give it up and just consume the product of other peoples labor.
