save it or dump it?

when using nutes for (hydroponics) u all ways mix in a gallon of water.But what if i dont need a gallon just 1/2 a gal. could i save the other half for the next top off?So im not waste n nutes.

Your logic is correct, but why are you only doing 1/2 of one gallon, is that the size of your nutrient tank?

must be running a tiny hydro system?

u dont want to save post-mixed nutes for more than an hour but if you must, use a 5 gallon bucket with a good air stone and a led to keep all the water in the bucket(no more than a day or 2), other wise the PH will get messed up, nute/water ratio will get messed up and could hurt ur plants,

but i dont agree with saving mixed nutes, just asking for trouble

thanks for the reply im using a 10 gallon rubbermaid with 6gallons of nute mix
