1st grow cfl, i need help

Whats up fellow farmers, im kinda new here an i finely got some of my shitt together an i got started. wat you think. I got this baby plant thats 1 week old an about 2in tall an iv ben giving it bottled water, no nutes yet. i got it in the water farm hydroponic set up with 5 cfls, two of them are 5000k 23 watt putting out 120 watts each and 1100 lumens each. I also got 2 more 5000k 16 watt putting out 65 watts each and i think 750 lumens each... i also got a blue party light that was cfl an i thout it was cool an i herd blue was for early stages of growin treez.. my grow space is about 3 feet by 3 feet. The temp is around 75 and 85 an the fans always on 2 keep the are circulating an getting fresh air at all times. the lights on for 18/6 with the cfls 3in away from plant. i think thats all.. does everything sound bad with my set up an alll that. ill take any advice anyone got to say, moneys not really a problem,. so please add in... another thing was my plant is turning yellow a lil bit on the end of the leafs an wats up with that.... ill put pics of everything later today....

if money is not a problem why use cfl go get a hps growing hydro with cfl is like putting rocket fuel in a beat up old honda

i can spend like 50 or 100 bucks, not like 300 hundered. i already looked into it an i seen what it can do an its amazing but ill go broke lol..

Anything that can be done with hps can be done with cfls if done right. I think it sounds like you have ok light but you will want to add more in flower, and on the 2700 end of the spectrum. The other thing you don't mention is humidity. Many places are starting to use heat and that drys so watch humidity. You want it over 50 and better at 60 in veg, but then lower in flower like the 40s.

i think my plant has a lil nute burn cuzz the tip of the leafs are a lil yellow an it got worse over like 3 days sence it started wat should i do with thatt....

you cane get a thermomiter sensor humidity sensor combo thing from yer local store

money is a problem you were mistaken, if money wasnt a problem you would be able to do it... cfl will work fine i feel its just a pain in the ass. i use em fer my mothers only

my ph is 7.0 an i think it got nute burn cuzz i fucked up an gave it 1/4 teaspoon each of flora gro an i herd that it might be bad so i changed the water like rite after i found out an like 3 days went by good, then it started fukkin wit me getting a lil worse evryday for like 4 days an shitt

hydro you want a ph of 5.6-6.5 i always tryed to stay around 5.8

ive ben trying 2 lower it sence i but my baby in there.. ive ben putting hp down (2 drips per gallon) an it hasnt ben doin shitt.... growing is a lot harder then i thought...

so use more, growing is easy you are making it hard... you have problems but treat your plant so delicatly that you dont fix the problem get that ph down and after a few more days of correct ph add 300ppm of grow nutes than maintain that,JUST DO IT. if the plant uses a lot of water back off the nutesif the ppm rises over the corse of a day or 2 if the ppm goes down add more nutes yer plant is hungry. maybe you should have started with soil if this is too complicated. there is not much too it. check ph every day adjust as nesisary. check ppm every day adjust as nesisary. add water when needed and re adjust ppm and ph. do a res change now and then, when i did hydro i only changed res evry 4 weeks but sum do it every 2 or more. raise ppm as it grows be carfull not to burn or rais ppm to high
