hey peepz here is a little story about the police!!


Well i got done for drink driving..
No Tax / Mot
Abuse / to the police
But the funny thing is the police sprayed me with Cs Gass and one of the coppers got it in his eye and i got done for it!!!

Enywayz i went to court got banned from driving for 2 years youth effending and public disorder! even tho it was on my door step!!!

Ok i agree that i did wrong and i should of lost my driving licence ect ect!

But this is just stupid!!

Well i was over the moon i was having a baby my first child! 11weeks gone now..

but my lass got sent into hospitle they said there is a 89% chance that the baby was in the Tube and they would have to take it out and my lass would have a 50% less chance of getting pregnant.. so that ment i lost the baby and it would be harder to make anothere.. so i hit the drink had a bottle of whiskey and some cans, i went out the same night realy pissed off and upset..
and i got on a motorbike i never wanted to nick it or enythink.. i did it in front of a camara! :-? and sat on it and went down the street on it not started or enythink like that! i had nothink to nick the bike with!!
enyways the police came and got the bike not a scratch or mark on it,
the person got it back 10mins later..

And im getting done for twock
drink driving
driving while disqufied
drinking in a puplic place.

and told the police why i did it
they never said owt
they took me down to the floor smashed my head off the path rammed me in the cop van, when i got to the police stasion they rammed my head off the sel wall and left me there..
i was bleeding cut all ova by

there is ppl out there that are killing ppl but they get me for sumthink silly..

trying to get me done for driving? : i wasnt driving just freewheeling the thing,
so that means i shouldnt get done for drink driving?
i should only get done for twock Taking with out owners Concent? shouldnt i?


But least one good thing the baby was fine just abit of blood.. so should find out what sex it is in 9 weeks, if i dont get sent down for that stupid shit!!!!:blsmoke:

Sitting on someone else's bike is such a huge fucking no-no. If someone sat on my bike and I caught them I'd bollock them, it's no different to walking into someone's home or sitting in someone's car without their permission.

I'm sure the law states that if you are in control of a vehicle (which you were by sitting on it, regardless whether the engine was on or not) you're liable, and because you were drunk you were legally under the influence whilst in control of the bike. Freewheeling is still technically driving.

I'm not going to go on and on but sitting on someone else's bike and freewheeling it down the street is such a dick move on your behalf. How would you feel if someone hopped in your car whilst pissed, pushed it down the street then said 'Oh the engine wasn't on, I was just playing about etc etc'?

Hello people, here is a little story about an encounter I had with the police!

Anyway I went to court, got banned from driving for 2 years, went to a youth offending institute and they said I commited public disorder! Even though it was on my door step! (Yeah, crimes commited on your doorstep are invalid in court...)

Ok, I agree that I did wrong and I should have lost my driving licence, but of course I have excuses....

But this is just stupid!!

Well i was ecstatic, my wife was having a baby, my first child!

My girlfriend was sent into hospital, the doctors said there is a 89% chance that the baby was in her fallopian tube and they would have to perform a caesarian.

My girlfriend would have a 50% less chance of getting pregnant, so that meant I had lost the baby and it would be harder to make another.

I decided it would be a good idea to drink some alcohol, I had a bottle of whiskey and some cans of lager/beer/cider, due to the alcohol I became very frustrated and upset.

I sat on someone else's motorbike whilst I was drunk, I didn't want to steal it, honest!
I was even stupid enough to do it in front of a CCTV system!

I sat on the motorbike and pushed it down the lane, the engine wasn't started, so that makes it OK. I was not equipped to steal said bike (although if you can push a motorbike, you can just as easily get it into the back of a van....:roll:)

Soon after, some police officers arrived at the scene, they took the bike from me and I had not damaged it at all.

The rightful owner got the bike back soon after.

I'm being charged with:

TWOC (taking without consent)
Drink driving (DUI in America)
Driving whilst disqualified
Drinking in a public place

I told the police why I did it, although unsurprisingly they were unwilling to talk to a goon like me.

They put me on the floor, hit my head off the path, presumeably handcuffed me and put me into the back of a police taxi.
When I arrived at the station, they violently hit my head onto the cell wall, I was bleeding and cut all over.

There are people in the streets commiting more serious crimes, I hold the belief that the crime I commited was minor and I should've been un-arrestable.

They tried to charge me with drink driving (DUI), although it is my opinion that I wasn't driving, I was just freewheeling it yet I admit I was still in control of the vehicle. Am I still liable to prosecution for driving under the influence?

I think I should only be prosecuted for TWOC, I think the DUI, drinking in a public place and driving whilst disqualified are silly charges and I believe I never commited those crimes.

At least the baby was OK, I should find out whether it is male or female in roughly 9 weeks from this date, if I don't get imprisoned for some crimes I admit to commiting yet do not want to be charged with.

Please tell me what your opinion is on this matter.

HAHAHAHAHAAH geordie piss head logic at work! fella i feel for ya you've had some hard news but doesn't take owt away from you made a daft mistake. hope you dont get locked up but its kanny likely fella. fighting with plod ends 1 way and 1 way only. especially in the toon
