This guy is breaking oregon law, you would be foolish to deal with him. He sell's clones on craigslist which is also highly illegal here. There are communities here that give them away freely. He is nothing more then a festering sore on our ass

Yes, I believe you are correct. This is illegal. I think you can only get clones from medical dispensaries or "coffee" shops that are allowed to sell to medical card holders. We are not allowed to trade them amongst each other, and definitely are NOT allowed to sell them!! crazy...

this is not illegal. It is legal for ommp patients to trade or accept "donations" for seeds, clones, plants, or bud. Oregon doesn't provide a way for ommp patients to obtain these items. They expect us to trade amongst ourselves. Im not saying its legal to sell, but you can accept donations to cover the cost of producing the said product. However you cant charge for labor, only direct production cost (power, nutes, soil, ect. )

another important piece of info.... you cant force someone to make a donation. it is afterall a DONATION. Otherwise it would be a sell. Cant name the price.
