Is anyone else getting sick of this bullshit petty arguments, threads about 1 mod in particular, people accusing people of been grasses, absolutly loads of shit advise given by and influx of noobs etc.

I feel rollitup.org has lost it's sense of community spirit and theres a shit load of bad vibes, I simply don't enjoy coming to RIU as much now, I know RIU is huge and will get bigger but personally I think this is the reason why RIU is loosing it.

Everytime I log onto RIU without fail, theres always an argument over petty crap, it's actually starting to feel depressing in a way. When I first signed up to RIU there was many awesome growers, which there still is but I could count all knowledgable growers on both hands now and there is a shit load of people who signed up like 1-3 months ago and have like 1000-2000 posts and all the new people think rep & a lot of posts = awesome grower, and it's just isn't

I think it's becoming shallow, people fighting, people fighting over rep.

Shit... I'm pretty much at that point myself. And to top it off I have been making crap money at work the last month and no harvest until 6 weeks from now!

I hope I'm not one who falls under this catagory I know I am a new member but I promise my intentions are pure The only debates I really get into are the intelligent ones under the "Spirituality, Sexuality, and Philosophy" section. I've been a smoker for 2 years, don't know shit about growing nor do I claim to know shit (because I don't)... But I enjoy coming to this site and just chit-chattin with fellow tokers about any random bull whether it be about herb or not.

I know that someday when I can I'm going to look forward to inquiring some of the knowledgable veterans around here about grow adivice when the time comes, but in general I enjoy coming here and having civilized debates/discussions with like-minded people who all have the same common interest as me when it comes to herb

I guess maybe the only advise I could possibly give is to take a short break, toke in peace a bit, let your frustration settle and resume back later on. Ignore the idiots and try not to let all the kids get to ya *passes MaryJane a *

RIU has always been kind of hurly burly and it comes and goes. Maybe it's the economy. I just found out my employer is dropping the top health insurance product (the one we use) at the end of next year because it's increasing 25%. This makes me cranky.

I find this very patronising post, you don't even know me yet you assume it's effecting my personal life.

If this post has "been made like 1,000..." why bother posting?

I am actually trying to help and make aware to RIU, why have you got a problem with that? you have to understand that some times you can feel in a boat by yourself, to know that quite a few more people feel same and that mods are listening is good to know, I just want some community spirit back here.
