I got mg soil and i need help so im open for advice
How do i use nutes with mg soil and do u need nuutes

ive got mg soil. mine is NPK of 5-1-5. im going to be adding nutes in a week or two when my plant is 4 weeks old. whenever you do add nutes, just make sure that you do it slowly. start off with 1/4 strength and then progress with the amounts as time goes on. check your NPK level in your soil, and then add on the nute's NPK and thats how much your plant would be getting(not too tough of logic there haha), but just keep that in mind, cause you dont want to add to much nutes on top of the nutes in your soil already. what nutes were you thinking of and did you consider transplanting your plant once it gets bigger? cause that might be helpful that way you are just having to take the pure fertilizer into mind when deciding how much to give the plant and not the fertilizer and the soil. i think i might transplant in a week or two, possibly when i start with my nutes. everyone trashes mg soil, but my plant is doing great off of it, but i can see where the problems could happen. well, hope this helped some.

well she's about 2 weeks and the first two leaves r begining to turn yellow so she got like a week left of that soil befor i trasplant her into a bigger pot.but i dnk wat i plan on useing for her for nute im scared im f*ck up the whole grow.and what is a npk somthing i can get at a store

Im useing mg soil for now and she's doing pretty good so far i water 1 every second day
no nute burn or nothing like that so so far so good

Dude I promise you as I sit here and puff on this blunt that you will have problems.. I said the same exact shit during my first grow with MG, ignored all the experienced growers that warned me to stay away from it... 5 weeks into Flowering MG fucked me hard, all my fan leaves turned crispy... I was lucky I was able to save them... BE SMART NOW, GO WITH FFOF!

I speak from experience as well.. My plants are 3 weeks old and some of my plants started showing some serious signs of nute burn a few days ago.. The bad thing about Miracle Grow is it has nutrients in it, but it's a time released formula that isn't fed to the plants until you water them.. In a lot of cases, when you do this, the plants can't handle the nutes being thrown at them all at once and thus you end up w/ some nute burn..
I ran into the burn issues, repotted into larger container w/ Fox Farms Ocean Forrest soil and fed the soil w/ a 1/2 strength dose of Fox Farms Grow Big nutrients.. 2 days later = greener, bigger, healthier, and stanky!!
But......... it is possible to grow in MG... I know people that have and had some really good harvests... It just takes a lot of patience and having the correct tools to monitor pH and moisture... as well as watching out for signs of early nute burn...
