Two kwestshuns...lolFirst...how much yeast, what temp water, how many cups of sugar, how long to mix...or do i mix, how long to add more yeast or sugar...there must be a recipe floating around here somewhere.I need good advice. I was thinking about really hitting this hard but need to know if im just goona spin my wheels. In a 13\'x7\'x9\' room how much Co2 is enough? Will this method yield results? Who has measured or metered results regarding so much yeast, sugar and water and then had a meter to actually verify this? Anyone?....I got all day...

you'll want 4-6 units.

5g bucket
1 jar of highly active bread machine yeast
5lbs of sugar
lukewarm water

mix thoroughly, then shake once a day. add 5lbs sugar after 4 weeks to keep things active. you can use grommets and 1/4'' line to build pressure, and run lines above the plants. poke lots of needle holes in this line, so co2 falls on the plants. use an oscillating fan to circulate air.

I understand, thanks. My only question is about the yeast "jars"...all I can find to buy is the small tri-metal pack of highly activated yeast. Fleischmann's rapidrise...it comes in three 1/4oz envelopes. So How much yeast man?

Reguardless if u have air moving (e.g. fans, window breeze) if you properly and strategically put them where they need ot go the co2 will fall on ur plants.

co2 is heavier the oxygen, thus causing it to "sink" in the air.

one jar is approximately ten packs. look in the same section, but for a small dark brown jar with yellow label, made by the same company...

circulation is a must, however, you want to not vent heat when you don't have to, allowing a co2 buildup. if you're exhausting, turn off the exhaust during the dark cycle.
