Cerebral high ?

I've noticed this is mentioned quite often, how certain types of weed give you a "cerebral high".. can someone explain this in more detail?

It's a more clear headed high, generally it comes with sativa strains, you feel it more in your head than you do with indica, which is usually more body buzz, I love sativa highs bongsmilie

I guess I've never smoked Sativa strains, cause I usually get really lazy and mellow when I smoke. Which is cool.. but that cerebral high sounds interesting..

Yea, sonds like you got some good indica strain,,That will do it, A sativa strain is more cerebral, They is also a lot a hybrids with say certain percentages of both. say 50% Indica-couch, and 50% sativa-cerebral,,or 60%-40%, etc...:peace:
 
There are 3 sub types of Cannabis, Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, and Cannabis ruderalis

Cannabis sativa - The Cerebral high, trippy, lots of laughing, creative (I use sativas for guitar playing)

Cannabis indica - The body buzz, couch lock strains, good for relaxing after a hard days work

Cannabis ruderalis - The auto flower strains

Whats autoflower?
Its kinda strange though, cause with this weed that I got now, it definitely gives me that couchlock effect, but it makes me laugh a lot.. the other day I was laughing so hard I started crying lol... so you think maybe its like 50-50 indica/sativa?

Could be 50/50, but theres so many other variables that influence a high, the ratio of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) to other Cannabinoids, set and setting etc etc

Auto flower strains are strains of weed that automatically flower after a certain amount of time, where is other with other strains u reduce the photoperiod to 12/12, they can be hydridized, like Auto-AK 47 and others

Yea i think i am in indica dude now. Indica is nice at the end of the night and sativa is cool for day highs, But sativa is what gets you goin and fucks u up the most. Laughing and shit
 
Sativa and indica both have theri moments when they enhance your surroundings. I like partying on some good sativa but like the indicas when chilling /listening to music, etc. Most commercial stuff will be a hybrid of some sort and ya just have to burn one ot see which type they may beI'm currently growing some autos .....easy, fast, no timeers....water and ignore....small yeilds as they are typiclaly low bushy plants and mine appear more indica ......I'll know 'bout new year!.
 
I am a glutton for details . I haven't received an answer sufficient until it's broken down and easily understood . I don't see a real answer anywhere here , it all sounds very vague and lacking much more substance .

well that is unfortunate and interesting ... if anyone knows of a real in depth version of cerebral highs and sativa highs as well as indica highs .. let me know , i would be interested in reading . I would like to read something broken down and simplified with all the effects and what those effects entail .
