The weeks of flower that breeders mention, like 8-10 weeks flower on indicas, is only an average time. They can be done in that amount of time if all your growing conditions were dead on the entire cycle, it's just a # to shoot for. Shoot at harvesting the plants when they look done and then let them go 2 more weeks, it's always perfect then. Check out this link before you cut them down all willie nillie. The breeders know their strains, yes, but you grew it so flower time will be a bit different, not always but alot of the time. Patience
