You've gotten the wrong idea.

Currently it says 40ml of A & 40ml of B per 10 litres of water.

I have made a 4ml of A & B to 1 litre of water mix.

But the mix is not the problem, how much to apply to the plants is my problem?

I'm going to be growing in averagely sized pots, in coco medium with the A & B nutes, no special hydroponics systems in play here.

Just a jug, water and A&B.

If possible & not to much trouble, when to start giving nutes and how much during all peroids would be nice.

Cheers mate, but i'm an idiot and my first to grows went awfully wrong due to looking for cheap local equipment which just failed me.

Just to confirm, i'd be using "standard feeding" rather than light or heavy?

water them slow. keep track of how much water/feed you give them. you want about a 10% run off. let them dry before watering again. I keep the ph 6-6.5 I add a little lime to my coco blend. I was getting twisty leafs now I don't.

you water very slow to stop water from going straight threw. And yes run off is what will come out the bottom.

Whats a run off? do you mean i want 10% of the mix to fall straight through out of the pot?

If im correct on what you mean by run off, look at the image, would it work?

Placing a tray underneath the pot then suspending the pot slightly above the pot so the nutes/mix can fall down through holes into the tray?

I should rephrse the amount of run off coco at least my blend holds alot of water, I can water and wait 15 min. to 45 min for run off to start. The slower you water the more the coco or soil will hold. I only get a little run off but the coco is very full of water. Coco is also very easy to over water you want to let those roots get dry before watering again.
