Would this size grow box work?

Hello fellow cheeba consumers. I plan on building a box from an old aquarium stand. I was wondering if this would be big enough for a decent personal grow. 30 inches high, 30 inches wide and 10 inches deep. If I used the tie down method, would this be enough room? I plan on making a carbon filter out of a dayton fan, and I have a clamp light with a natural sunshine bulb that produces 1225 lumens. I also bought 2 of those tiny plug in gadgets that work as light sockets in case I need more lighting. I admit. I'm a noob, but I really want to figure out how to do this right, and unfortunately this old aquarium stand seems like the only good hiding place for me. Thanks ahead of time.

Thats not much room for growth, first of all your lighting is going to take up 3-4" , and then your pot is going to be 4" tall or so, now you're down to 22" (max) tall for a flowering plant. Thats tough, I work with a 8' tall room so I'm not sure how to work with your restrictions.
Is it possible for you to find a way to give yourself more verticle height? I've seen folks grow in a 5 drawer dresser that was converted.
Just a thought.
