They come because they are qualified to do the work.
A few years back I remember reading an article where they were interviewing a science corp in Atlanta Ga. In that case, in the context of the education theme, the owner of the corp tried using PHD college graduates from the USA but found that hiring just college kids from japan was far better. They had the math skills that the PHD math kids from the USA didn't. He tried the USA first but found they weren't up to the task.
This is indicative of what's happening today. Colleges are graduating kids... but at what REAL level of education?
One should not be afraid to encourage competition. If that foreigner squeaks you out... perhaps you need to pick up your game... Shutting the more qualified out is not a long term solution.
Those foreigners make the country stronger, not weaker.
