Very slow growth

I have checked every where but I can not narrow this problem down. I have a 400w hps about 1ft away from the plants. Already changed the soil and cut back on feeding but at six weeks old it has four sets of nodes and only 3" tall. The temp is at a constant 79 degrees good air flow and not over watered. One problem is I dont know what strand it is. HELP!

I have one that got stunted a couple of times; I must be at least 3 months old and not over 4" tall and 3 nodes or so. Consider it a bonsai.

I have found that a lot of times it is a Nitrogen deficiency that can stunt growth as well as the ph being out of range. What is your ph. Too high or too low ph can cause lockout, as well as not premixing your nut. solution.

I had a plant that didn't grow for like 2 weeks straight so finally I just took it to the bathtub and flushed the shit out of it and ever since then it's been growing like the weed it is

a 400w hps should be at least 3ft away from your plants. just pull your lites away and they will grow. your lucky you didnt burn your plants up ................chuck:peace:

My 400 watt hps is about 10" away from my tops,i keep a decent fan pointed at the tops at all times,not oscillating,fixed position:blsmoke:
