Pollinated, No buds, and Amber trich's - Should I cut my losses?

Hey all, I've searched a quite a bit regarding this issue but nothing seems to solve my particular situation so Im giving this a shot.

I have 2 female g13xbuddhas that have been heavily pollinated and are covered in seed pouches with seeds that look brown, stripy and ripe when i pick them out. I have been told over and over to just wait for a spontaneous bud growth but nothing has been happening for about a month now. All that I see are these seed bracts, a 50/50 mix of brown and white pistils, and a bunch of trichomes.

I took some macro-pictures to zoom in on the trichomes yesterday and found that 90% of trichomes are now cloudy, 5% amber and 5% clear. I want to achieve a cerebral type of high when my bud is smoked so naturally I would prefer to have more cloudy than amber trichomes. I am beginning to think I should just harvest what I have already and make some hash or hash oil with what I have becaues the weather is just getting too cold, causing the plant to turn purple in some areas, and I am becoming deeply paranoid due to recent flybys. Do pollinated plants even grow buds?

indeed i have. That is why I am so puzzled why my plant is taking so long to produce buds.
