Flowering

I was wondering usually how long does it flower for, I am at two weeks and mine is very small but my plant is small though to i was just wondering new to all this any tips would me greatly appericated

pending on the strain. a more sativa dominant strain well take longer to flower any were from 10 weeks to 14 weeks. a more indica dominant will take between 8 to 10 weeks

I usually see an explosion of growth @ week 3 and the swelling you speak of at week 9. its like right when i think the buds wont grow anymore... they mutate.

No worries - the buds are pretty small and sorry looking at two weeks into flower, here's one of mine taken at 18 days in (and she vegged for two months first!). Not much to look at.
