temp too high

i was planing on using them as intake fans once i get the vent fans i ordered last night my plants are still in the hum. dome so i have a few days b4 i need to get worried i hope the 6 Inch Centrifugal Inline Fan does the job on the new light fixture i bought or i wasted 100.00 because the temp really didn't go down at all

You need a real fan, and a cool tube.
I use the same tent you do. I use a 400W HPS and I also have a few CFL's in there as well. I use a 435 CFM 6in. centrifugal fan for exhaust. Those 30$ "booster" fans from Home depot are a joke.
Even with a very powerful fan your tent is going to be 10 degrees warmer than the room its in. IMO 10 degrees warmer is about the best you can do.
The best thing to do in a tent like that is use a cool tube. I made one out of a hurricane lamp (glass tube) I got at a craft store for 7 bucks. It works awesome.
I can have my plants within 8 inches of a 400W HPS without heat stress.

if you are on a crawl draw cool air in from there
