vegging my plants under daylight simulation all help needed urgent!!!

hi, i have germinated my seed and its now under 20/4 and into its 2nd day of being under a 2700k flourscent bulb which is very cool because i can put my hand on em and there only slightly hot.these are more usefull in the flowering stage,and the only bulb i can find for vegetation stage which i need now is a (100w),(5000k) (blue) (daylight simulation) bulb
i wanted to post u a link to the website but its down atm.
i kno there are plenty of better bulbs but i live out in the woods and dont like the idea of delivery i prefer to go and pickup lol
all comments welcome plz advice needed

because the plant is under the wrong spectrum for vegatation and the bulbs im using are for flowering so my plants end up tall nd spindly
