please help! unhealthy looking rooted clones

So this is my first grow and I have some, I feel, unhealthy looking little ladies. I had to take cuttings from my mothers early due to an ahipd assault and unfortunately they were in soil. Now the rooted cuttings are on an ebb&flow.
These girls spent a total of 9 days in the ez cloner and then were moved to presoaked rockwool cubes and put on the table. I used rooting gel on the cuttings and R/O water in the cloner. No other nutrients were used on the clones before they rooted. My table res is running 750 ppm of GH flora nutes, at 3 equal parts. They've only been in the rockwool for a day or so.
My problem is I can't figure out if they are just naturally discolored and wilted due to them using their own nutrients to root or if I have some other problem, such as a N deficiancy. Most of the plants look like this and they have since about day 4 of being in the cloner. I guess I'm just not sure if this is normal.
Please help!!!

No offense man, but to me it looks like you're in over your head if this is your first time growing. You'd be amazed at the results you can get just keeping things simple. Not sure what to tell you about your plants tho. You try flushing them?

not too sure how helpful that was, but anywho, someone else know about yellowing leaves on newly rooted clones, aside from flushing plants that have been given no nutrients.

This is why I asked you if you flushed them.

It's a little hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like you might have a nitrogen def? They also look a little wilted, are they getting enough water?

well they've been in the rockwool and out of the cloner for about 24 hours. The table is being flooded to approx 1/2 way up the pargro blocks 3 times a day at 8 hour intervals.
my first thought is that what they are going through is normal because rooting clones take nutrients from their fan leaves to produce root growth before they can absorb through the roots. If this is what is happening, about how long should I expect to wait to see new green growth generated by the roots.
If it is indeed something else, like a N deficiency, why would that be taking place if this problem started about 5 days ago while they were in the cloner and being misted by plain R/O water and when they had no roots.

When you had them in the cloner, did you remove the lid a few times a day to let them get fresh air and mist them down? I had a situation a while ago where I took 3 or 4 clones, and had them set up to root in my home made cloner. But after a few days, things came up, and I was too busy to keep checking on them. What ended up happening was a situation similar to yours....now that I think about it lol. I think it was because I didn't open the lid to let them get fresh air, and they more or less suffocated in the cloner. oops

Anyways, not sure what else to tell you man. I grow in soil anyways, but nobody else was helping you out, so I thought I'd at least try. :-? bongsmilie

Edit: Here's an excellent plant trouble/ph def/bug guide no MJ grower should be without. Look it over, you know your grow better than anybody. Maybe you'll find something in here that'll be more helpfull. GL http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688

Check your pH. I bet it's on the high side. I use an EZ cloner too. I put 1/4 strength nutes like 250 ppm and KLN rooting hormone in my cloner and never have any loses. did you pre treat your blocks with 1/2 strength bloom or just water.

my ph has been holding around 6.0 all throughout cloner and table.
i didn't use any nutes in the cloner but i soaked the rockwool for 24 hours in ph'd water with GH flora nutes at 750 ppm. same solution i am running in my res.
