yeah uh im new here so, yeah my sprout popped up nice and strong but with the seed shell still on the head, like an old time football helmet from the 30's. sorry im high too so be detailed when answering. thanks

What question are you posing for anyone to answer ? You state you seedling sprouted with the seed casing still on but don't ask anything about it.

That happens sometimes. Usually it will push it off by itself (helps if the humidity is higher), but occasionally you might have to help it out. If it hasn't fallen off after a day or two, you can use a pair of tweezers and gently tug on the shell - be very, very careful if you do this - if you tear off the embryonic leaves your sprout is dead.
