This whole "debate" has been fun to read... I'm glad the guy that started the thread is no longer here, he's the problem with america today. Not that he is a Conservitive, but because he is ignorate and racist toward people.

I just have 2 things to say... Clinton left the budget with a trillion dollars surplus, yet, by 9/11 Bush had left usa 900 million dollar debt... That is not conservative. That's liberal spending!
My other point I want to say is about abortion. From 1994 or1995 until 2007 the Republicans controlled the house and Congress, and the White House for 7 years, yet they did nothing to outlaw abortion. The Republicans claim to be against abortion but did nothing to outlaw it besides Bushes ban on partial birth abortions. Yet again, they had control of both the HOuse and Congress?
I know abortion hasn't been brough up, but I'm curious how some Conservitives could still believe the Republican party after so many obvious lies like the one I just pointed out?

the only african troops you had in belgium were remnants of rommels afrikaans corps that had been dispersed after his retreat out of africa....
