so i was sittn here and thought why not have something to eat so i melted down about a half-3/4 of a stick of cannabutter. so to that i started adding hot sauce not sure how much maybe 4 tablespoons and mixed up a buffalo sauce, i cooked some chicken wings and tossed em in my secret sauce(buffalajuana or weedalo sauce maybe) so than i put em on a plate and drisled the rest or the buffalajuana sauce on the chicken pieces, so i added some blue cheese dressing and any extra sauce got mixed into that and eaten with celery stix. and i must say the butter is very strong today..... .... any good recipe feel free to add to the thread... i think it would make a fine rollitup cook book .. what to you use your butter or oil on. ive made creamy blue cheeze sauce poured over chicken and ive done mushroom cream sauces on chicken, pasta sauce/ pizza sauce... im gonna try a buffalo chicken pizza with that sauce i most recently made. i have made plenty of brownies, i wasn't really even gonna mention them but yea ive made a lot of them. i wounder how mashed potatoes would work out.... hmmmm

havnt tried the mashed potatoes yet its hard to make supper food with butter i like to eat it in the mornin so im lite alllllllllllllllll day if anyone hav any breakfast recipes post em would love to try cannabuttermilk pancakes or sumthin not sure was hopein this thread took off like 6 months a ago but its taken that loong to get 2 responses i think a marijuana cook book would be a great thing here

this all sounds amazing, i need to put my hands on some cooking, but haven't tried anything yet, hopefully today i start with butter!

But keep them coming tusseltussel, nice tread !!!
follow the methode in the grow faq with the crock pot fer best results with yer butter... basically on high fer 2 hr and on low fer 2 hr keep the lid on and every hour i hit it with a patato masher to help mix it around good luck you will be very happy with this butter

im gonna try the cannabuttermilk pancakes this weekend..... i always keep some cannabutter in the freezer:weed:

This thread may be old but i have to revive it! If you like BUFFALO STYLE foods like buffalo chicken wings, chicken sandwhiches.. here is a good recipe.

Ketchup
Seasoning of preference ( I normally use tad bit of mix season and italian seasoning)

Problem is I dont know the exact amount to use. Ratio wise I used Hot Sauce,Ketchup,Cannabutter, seasoning. IN that order with hot sauce being used the most. You really have to try the sauce as you make it to be acording to your taste! This is a New York Pizzera recipe, minus the cannabutter.. lol..

Anyways this stuff taste better or just like the hooters buffalo chicken sandwhiches and really does taste great!

been meaning to do some cooking soon will try it with a lil ketchup and seasoning like you suggest.
That buffalo wings sauce is a good idea..

I'd do 4:1 sauce to ketchup, if any, with just enough butter to get you high. Maybe throw in garlic or cayenne pepper to dull/spice up the taste. And a splash of white vinegar.

Devil's Food Canna Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup Godiva® Hot Cocoa Powder, Dark Truffle Flavor
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
3 eggs, at room temperature
1 egg yolk, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) cannabutter, at room temperature
1/3 cup hot water
Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cannabutter, at room temperature
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dark chocolate curls for garnish (optional)
Make Cake:
1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350ºF. Butter and flour a 13- inch by 9-inch baking pan.
2. Place flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda in bowl of electric mixer. Stir with wire whisk until combined. Set aside.
3. Mix buttermilk, eggs, yolk and vanilla with fork in a large glass measuring cup until blended.
4. Add butter to dry ingredients and attach bowl to mixer stand. Using paddle attachment, beat mixture on low speed 1 minute, until dry ingredients are evenly coated with butter. Add buttermilk mixture in 2 additions, beating for 20 seconds and scraping down sides of bowl after each addition. Add hot water and continue to beat for 20 seconds. (To avoid splattering, turn mixer off when first pouring in liquid, then slowly increase speed to medium-high).
5. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until center of cake is firm. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Make Frosting and Assemble Cake:
Beat cheese, confectioners’sugar, butter and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl with electric mixer at low speed, about 1 minute or until well blended. Increase speed to medium-high and beat for about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Scrape down sides of bowl, then add vanilla. Beat 1 minute. Spread frosting evenly over cake in pan using a small offset spatula. Sprinkle with chocolate curls, if desired.
Let cake stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut cake into squares and serve from pan.



i made some last night subbing cannabutter for the unsalted butter an dude they look so good we will see how strong they are!

Bump,Bump,Bump,! Need those recipes (Someone else wrote this I thought it was hilarious and Great!)
I usually make giant batches of cookies and rice krispies with my butter, because that's what the people like... but my favorite recipes aren't so average, I'm into making shit like:

Caramel, it's so delicious i can't even describe it. really potent too and is made insanely better with fresh hash added dry in the cooking process. The best thing is just drizzling this on everything, esp on people's desserts unknowingly! it tastes better than normal caramel, so no one can tell.

Biscotti, covered in chocolate. great with coffee.

Croissants... that's all i gotta say about that...

Scalloped Potatoes are so yummy with cannabutter, and really fuck you up slow and hard.

Biscuits and CannaGravy, sure i'm already fat... so what this shit is just the best smell coming from the kitchen ever, and it gets you full and wasted all at once.

blueberry muffins, i hand these fuckers out early in the morning, best with ginger added to the mix.

Popcorn (duh)

Garlic Bread, do you know how much fucking butter goes on this shit? a LOT! the garlic really brings out the pepper of kief if you use a bit... iz awesome.

And... what else people???
