I think I know where your question is poind too.., but just for differing view. I believe we are free to acknowledge our own rules to live and govern ourselves by, however, I find freedom in accepting all the rules.. The game then becomes quiet simple and easy..

I believe another way to amplify and focus thoughts and feelings is to let everyone decide what the best thing they want to think about for 20 seconds and then do just that.
It is one of the manifestations from the original 20 minute club.
