IS it going to be imposible to grow in this space ? what can i do about bugs "bomb it"? i know i can keep the rest of the basment dry, but will the mold spores realy fuck shit up?

Id suggest putting a dehumidifier in the moldy part of the basement because mold comes from moisture. Do that and im sure you will be ok. as for the bugs, I wouldnt worry to much about them. Plants grow outside and are subject to all kinds of creepy crawlers right? Good luck man......

For mold you can use zero tolerance on your plants and that should prevent mold from forming or kill it if it does come onto your plants. I'm not sure about the whole environment you will have for them though that seems like a lot of problems. You want it to be dry and warm! What temp would you be keeping it at? And what kind of bugs are down there?

A/C units also work to take humidity out if you are going that large...

You should seal all basement walls and floors with a concrete sealer following the advice of a paint store professional and using the proper coats. Don't listen to some part time college worker find a guy who knows his stuff. They carry that sealant at any of the places like Sherwin Williams/Dutch Boys/etc that's where I would go but you'll also find it at the home depot/lowes places but you won't find the best advice at home centers often enough.

Moisture in a basement is caused by walls that allow it to seep in from the ground and that alone is a thing you must fix if you want a house to last a long time plus you'll be adding all the humidity from the grow so it's really important you take care of it somehow. If you can't afford to seal it just always run dehumidifiers whether you are growing or not.

Dr. Doom is the shit. Its an awesome Pyrutherium bomb (i think i spelled it right, lol), which is totally safe for your plants. I also grow in a basement, and yeh its pretty fuckin humid down there. I had to scrub the shit out of my walls n floor before i got down to business, but once i got everything going, humidity wasn't a problem . I did spend a couple hundred bucks on a Dehumidifier, but i really didnt end up using it until the last 4 wks of flower during my last run. As long as your gonna keep a constant watch on your environment since this is your first time around in the basement, then you should be fine, and if something goes wrong, youll be able to catch it in more than enough time to get shit fixed with no permanent damage done to your dope run. You'll be fine man. Nothing ventured, Nothing gained.

--N as for bugs not being a big deal, dont listen to that shit. Spider Mites can come outta fuckin nowhere, and they are a PAIN IN THE ASS to deal with. Get a couple of cans of Dr. Doom Pyretherium bomb, and douse your entire basement with that shit. Afterwards, start up your grow, and you'll be golden. If by chance Spidermites end up appearing anyway, then hit up your local growshop n buy a box of LadyBugs man. They fuckin protect your plants like god damn Sentinels, lol. There's also sprays you can check out, along with things you can add to your soil to make sure you dont get any creepy crawlies in your soil mix. But dont over-anticipate problems man. Be aware of the possibilities, but dont sweat it until you think its actually becomming a problem. Bomb your shit once, and git to work :D

Good luck man, hope your grow goes the fuck off :D

Basement seepage is tough to stop from the inside. An exterior house paint may last a year or 2, but unless you stop the seepage from the outside it's a losing battle.

I'd spray down everything with a garden sprayer filled with a 10% bleach solution, to kill any mold and mildew.

I suppose a power washer - with a cleaning solution dispenser for bleach - would work too, if you can find one for rent. Then run a dehumidifier 24/7
