Is it recommended to use nutes (in the flowering stage) if your plant has a medium that's supposed to feed for up to 3 months??? if so, what would you recommend?? less N and more P and K right??? Also, id like to know everyones thougthts on MG plant food.... some say its fine if you flush your plant properly.... id just like a few more opinions on this!! And last but not least, does n e one know the ratio for blending water, malassis, and bananas??? n e advice would be greatly appreciated!!

of course you need to feed during flowering...Yes less Nitrogen and more P-K. MG is tough to work with because it is so easy to overfeed. You just have to watch your plants that all and see what they are telling you. If I were you start researching on flowering there are tons of journals here that would be great to look through.. Good Luck.

mg is not recommended
their soil is filled with gnats and their nutes, well, just like strain stalker says
a lot of people recommend Fox Farms Grow Big Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom
Fox Farms has a feeding schedule on their web site http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf
Use 1-2 tbsp molasses per gallon of water.... and I have no idea about the banana except they have potassium

I agree with the other guys, if you have any other options use those. Run from MG as fast as you can. I used it on my first grow and had serious PH problems. But since your plants are already in MG soil you'll have to work with what you've got.

How long have your plants been in the MG soil and do you know the NPK ratio of the nutes already in the soil?

I've never heard of blending banana's with water but use 1 Tbs of unsulfered molasses per gallon of water except for the last two weeks before harvest, then bump it up to 2 Tbs per gallon

I use Fox Farms but this can be picked up at almost any garden center and is recommended by Ganja Guerrilla.

well long story short... I found this plant at work from cleanin my weed at work and throwin the seed on the ground!! it was about 5 in tall when i found it, dug it up and brought it home... i didnt have n e soil or n e thing on hand, the plant just kinda found me!!!! crazy actually.. n e way i brought it home and put n soil from work (tree nursery), til i got some potting soil w peat moss and what not in it.... i dont think i was MG soil, but it has the same slow feed shit in it... so idk..... my avatar is a pic that i just took today... but it just started showin the pistols yesterday.... i had it on a 18-6 and gradually changed to a 12-12. the 17th of this month was the first day on 12-12.... some pple say to start the flowering nutes b4 veg, and some say after. what do you think????

nice mg grow - it can be done - i've done it also - although not that well - but it's still easy to make a mistake

i don't think you should start flowering nutes before beginning 12/12, i mean why? there's no demand for the shift in nutes until the plants flower so why feed flower nutes, but that's just my opinion

molasses treats the soil more than it feeds the plants - carbohydrates for the microorganisms and it is also a chelating agent to help prevent salt buildup - i am not sure how often a pro would tell you to feed molasses, but I feed maybe once every 3-4 weeks

If some one told you to use flower nutes before veg dont ever listen to them again. First off plants need all the NPK through out their entire life. Its just that the plant uses Nitrogen faster than the potassium and phosphorous. During flowering its just the opposite..... Now if they said to start giving flower nutes at the end of veg then that would be feasible....Sounds like you need to read up some more.....;-)
I am also on my first grow read through my thread its down in my sig....it has tons of stuff that you should not do. LOL
Good Luck
