http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ really if yall want to know about how we control the weather look into this HAARP thing... there is a huge conspiracy around it... the link i have provided is for HAARPs official website so the information there is obviously trying to cover up the conspiracy around it but if you do a google search there is some crazy shit on this project. The fact that the DoD is in on this and that everyone claims it is purely scientific research really makes you wonder whats going on... they even admit that there is potential for weapon technology and that using it as a weapon could easily negate the need for nuclear weapons.

lol, doob has been arguing a bit... thats why i keep talking about this HAARP thing... we got the idea because russia had the same technology before us and we wanted to build a bigger array so that we could control the weather more than they. Russia claims that they have already created a hurricane for a country with this technology and mad ethe hurricane stay offshore to draw the pollution out the the cities. i think it was a south pacific country or something so i guess it would be a typhoon and not a hurricane but whatever.... and im glad you arent cranky, that could get ugly haha!

i WILL say this tho,its a scary premise if it is indeed what they are doing,weather control is a scary thing especially considering all the wild fires California has been getting lately,not to mention all the rain that Australian has been getting.....some blame it on global warming,but if we could indeed control the weather then why not make it rain more over the mountains that way we could increase the ice caps and add more moisture to the air,im tired of winter not feeling like winter....i remember we used to get alot of snow in NYC now every winter it seems like its getting milder,i figure the more rain we could make the more the mountains can increase moisture by having more ice on the mountain tops....that and we also need to stop destroying mountains because i believe this is one of the reason why we are having droughts all over the country

If Russia will mess with the weather for a .... parade .... they are capable of applying it in any degree for any circumstance.

What if the Russians could point a drought at another country. Or make it colder for the eastern Europeans in winter, while they jack the price of gas.

H.A.A.R.P. and the chemtrails go hand in hand in controlling the weather and earthquakes. The trails in the sky that are related to haarp are full of mainly aluminum powder and are used to bounce the ULF and UHF radio waves where they want them to go,if they didnt do that they would need at least one other phased array aerial in the southern hemisphere,the criss crossed patterns in the sky act as a mobile phased array.
Russia,China and the USA all apparently possess this technology invented by Bernard Eastlund for controling the weather and earthquakes.

we had a tsunami alert here the other day when they had the 7.8 in samoa but it didnt end up sending anything this way,about 25% of the population went to the seaside to 'watch' makes me fell all warm inside,natural selection that is

Lmao... this is true, natural selection is a wonderful thing!

I read somewhere (cant remember where) that there is a possiblitly that the military would be able to create a nuclear bomb sized explosion but with no radioactivity with HAARP...ill try to find the article i was reading before, the shit it talks about is some scary stuff. Is it reality? Not sure. You never know though.

This really makes me wonder if they are using the contrails to create clouds in order to see if HAARP will work as a weapon through cloud cover. Or i suppose they might just be trying to see if it works through clouds at all... who knows... i like the conspiracy though its alot of fun!

Supposedly the Soviets used their version of HAARP to eliminate or reverse the jet stream in the 50's creating a drought in California.

Interesting about the chemtrails being connected to the HAARP.

Lots of folks think the term "green" means efficient. No, it means the exact opposite. It takes alot of "green" (acreage) to utilize it. It takes a lot of "green" to pay for it as well.

Wind powah ... ready to slaughter the endangered birds of North America? ooops too late....they are already doing it, by the tens of thousands of birds.... yet, no lawsuits, no EPA... no principles it seems.
