Can I start giving nutes yet?

My plant is 15 days old, and is doing pretty well. She's nice and green, and starting to get big. I have been watering just tap water that's been left out, but I have some high nitrogen nutrients (24-8-16) and I was wondering if I could start feeding 1/4 strength now.

Uh, well, for my specific grow, I started nutes right around that time. I'd say you're cool, just start them light.

Just to play it safe I'm gonna wait another week before I start adding nutes.

what kind of medium are you using? you could have enough nutes for another week or two if your using certain kinds of soil that are pre-nuted. i use organic soil with no additives so i start nuting around the second week if they are big enough to handle it. if they're still on their second set of leaves @ two weeks i'll hold off, but normally @ two weeks may plants are on their 4 node or so.

y fix it if its not broken??? im not sayin that if ur plant looks great and growing well, it doesnt need or like nutes.. im jus sayin at a young age like that do u really wanna chance bettering it and end up stuning it, stressing it or posibly killing it.... u know that plant could be a female and by adding nutes too early could cause stress as well as roots damage turning it male

I use the pro mix bx with nothing added and they recommend that I feed by day 7.

well then feed it on day 7... its up to u... im jus givin the OP my oppinion.. u and or him has the choice to take my advise or leave it.... but when u come bak here posting threads on y ur plant is stuned or sumthins not right, ull know y... feeding is crucial.. ppl feed and feed and feed cause there plant seems to be taking it, in turn causing new problems so they feed agn to compinsate... by the time they know it the snowball efect is so large they dont knw where they r at... plants dont need that much nutes, espeacily in sol.. soil has nutes in it... less is more.. u give them more, they die which is less... read this https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/121157-fertilizing-wisely.html
